what if we dont go up this season? Think we could be in real trouble - no woodman (good) but no guehi, roberts, hourihane, ayew

Don't take this the wrong way but you can sometimes be a bit of a drama queen.

potentially but its a serious question?

anyone seen the cooper interview re. whittaker? fucking despicable - "club brought him in"

Go follow Cardiff. Maybe then you’ll stay away from here.

oh stfu. This ahs been coming for weeks. I am very sorry if im not happy with the way the team ive supported for thirty years is playing at the moment, its f*****g terrible. I spend my money to be entertained, not to be excited if we have a paltry shot on f*****g target.

Oh, so you’re upset then. About half the time I’ve supported the Swans. I’m not happy the way things are at the moment but we needed players in the transfer window and had very little money to spend. Norwich and Watford came from the Prem and we’re the top of the rest, above Bournemouth who also came down. Yes it’s not ideal but Cooper is not a magician, we have the players that we have. He’s made mistakes, yes, but you are relentless in your condemnation of him. If, and it’s a big if, we get promoted would you still be laying into Cooper? It’s no fun watching us struggle but I assure you it’s far better than languishing down in the third and fourth division playing rubbish. That’s my take on it, you may disagree, that’s you prerogative and perhaps I should be more accepting of your opinion but try taking a chill pill or something on match days and give us all a break.

What happened to the best defence in the league? Not only are we losing but we're losing heavily. In retrospect, going to Bournemouth and playing for a 0-0 would have been a good approach.

I am laying into him becaue these performacnes are entirely avoidable if he used the squad he has - whittaker has already shown he has justified a hell of a lot more game time than he has had. We have shown enough times this season that when we play football we are a bloody good side - for some reason cooper has now reverted to paint by numbers, rigid crap - this is cowardly for me, he is doing exactly what carvalhal did when he thought it was in the bag.

This crap he spouts about not having a striker is also absolute bullshit - 5 shots on target in 3 games - what would a striker do with that?

Truth is i have never totally warmed to cooper, i was nearly there after the noriwch performacne but he's lost me again with his relentless blaming of others in the press when the problems are diwn to him - some of the tactical decicios, lack of changes/subs is fucking staggering

More points than we have deserved recently and poor in most games, but still in touch, so no point in belly aching but sticking together and trying to change it. Whittaker a single bright point. Bench Hourihane, Grimes Smith and Fulton to start, Woodman hours of kicking practice and full backs, especially Connor to do some defending. Not a single winger bar out of favour Arriola in the squad sadly.
Still a change and a good win for first derby double would do us a world of good. STID.

he has had 4 windows to get a striker. Despite not having cash the club has backed him, we have had unfortunate injuries but so have other clubs. They also dont have a 100 cap international forward on their books

I thought that knocked the club and explained why he's left yank out and whittaker out

so theres a structure where he choses some and the club others? Seems to me there were no other england u20's around and cooper didnt have a fcking clue who else to bring in

Yes those decisions have seriously knocked our chances for automatic promotion, ffs players needed rest but if this is true then his pig headedness was more important

spot on fire, he seems very arrogant in that respect

“We got what we deserved” – Cooper’s frank admission

The words of Steve Cooper were clear enough after the Swans surrendered with nothing much more than a whimper at Bournemouth and that was that we got what we deserved after yet another disappointing performance.
