Coleman really needs to show that he actually has an idea and really wants the best for the club and let Williams goes.

Now is the time and he needs to grow a pair. It's easy to blame Williams but when it's that obvious then the finger of blame really needs to go towards the person who makes the decisions.

That's the concern, managers and players get the blame but ultimately we are here because of the mis management from the yanks.......they seem to be getting an easier ride than the managers in recent years.

We’ve seen before from other clubs though that a managerial change can take a club in a different and better direction, even if it’s temporary. We cannot afford to get relegated. We aren’t big enough to come up from league one easily particularly with these owners.

In fairness its been a steady decline season after season, its been almost inevitable that we would lose our Championship status sooner rather that later. But to go down without even a fight will make it all the more galling.
