Martin is a dead man walking

Not a chance we are going to get rid of him.

That's the scary thing. I think we'll hold on to him and watch this 'process' unless something really crazy happens (i.e. losing 10 on the bounce and dropping into the relegation spots)

After yet another shit show, we await another big response in the next game. Big pressure again as it's the Brizzles. They are bringing 2k fans and ours won't want a defeat rammed down us by them.
Just how long can ge keep this nonsense up for?

I think the only manager we've had that I 100% wanted to get rid of was Bob Bradley, but this is definitely testing my patience. I used to really look forward to going to live matches but the gloss has gone and it becomes less & less appealing by the week.

he'll have his bum boy smith playing up front on the weekend

Nothing Martin can drag out of that as positive. If he has a process then he has far too many journeymen in this squad to make this work . Bennett , Cabango and a ageing naughton isn't the answer in defence. We are obsessed with passing backwards sideways with very little creativity anywhere in the side. The squad has very little pace and based on tonight desire or fight. Our poor discipline is caused by players out of their depth or just plain reckless mentally. There is no process, we are a poor side shipping goals for fun especially away from comfort Liberty. Not sure where this rudderless ship will end up but i've seen enough to think Martin is just conning everybody.

He will take us down next season

I think he’s about as bad as Bradley. Genuinely. But we won’t get rid because he and his team will cost a fortune. Plus that would be an admission that the decision to get rid of Cooper was an absolute shocker.

We have to hope that another series of points deductions take place.

I’ll be interested in what he says though. Perhaps he will for once take responsibility for dreadful selection and formation and start to learn. I think he’s a nice bloke and wants to play in the right way but I’m afraid he’s far more interested in his stats than in winning games. Ultimately winning is more important. Start there and then try to pay the right way. Don’t just throw everything away playing a ‘total football’ style when we simply don’t have the players to do so.

That's the placed we've reached now huh.... Hoping for another points deduction next season. Fuck my eyes.

He can come out with all the excuses he wants. Some will be valid, but it's not this game in isolation. There should be signs of progress but we are going backwards at a rate of knots. So many players being used out of position not comfortable in their role or game plan. There is no motivation on or off the pitch. I've shouted and screamed at the screen so many times but it ends up with ironic laughter. If it's his ego then his management should take him to one side and point out evolution not revolution. A good manager makes the sum of the parts stronger than the individuals.

Playing Fulham in a few weeks will be an interesting experience. Didn’t they beat Blackburn 7-0.

He needs to do a fergie and throw some boots around.

Tiredness, fatigue, tough place, same mistakes blah blah

You know it's coming. A poor giveaway and a harsh penalty stopped our game plan.Pray for 89 mins and fluke an own goal for a win
