Obama's birth certificate is still questioned by some despite the clear evidence supplied. But when it's something that helps Trump, his supporters will do incredible mental contortions to try and claim authenticity. Same how one person's word is fine if it helps Trump, but the person is obviously lying if it hurts Trump. It's fascinating to watch if you're a normal person.

On another note, it seems absolutely barmy to me that some states in America don't have clear guidance on voting when the election is happening in less than a week:

So the Supreme Court could decide after the election that any postal votes received after November 3rd will not be counted, although at the moment they would be? With the caveat that the newest Justice was not involved in the decision as she didn't have time to review the case in detail. So when it comes before the court again, she can weigh in at that time.

So this is a country that is supposedly the shining light of democracy for the world to admire, yet the highest court in the land could decide to invalidate a number of votes after they've been received? In a highly important swing state no less? No matter what the ideological makeup of the Supreme Court, that is utterly absurd and so open to corruption that it's insane.

Dems only lead by 207,000 in Florida now.

In person early voting closes Saturday and some places Sundays.

So I expect Democrats to increase their lead over the last couple of days as they have a massive lead in mail voting which will still be counted.

Dems have stated that they need a 650,000 lead there by polling day so this bellwether state not looking good for them.
