Trump is a few minutes away from becoming the first president in US history to be impeached twice.

Trump is now the only president in history to be impeached twice

Sounds like a bit of a loser to me.

And I don’t care what anyone says this is still the greatest anti-Republican headline ever.

The sheer gall of Republicans whining about Democrats damaging unity in America is utterly sickening.

One Rep Congressman, Madison Cawthorn of North Carolina was it it last night. When he won on election night he sent out a three word tweet, "Cry more, lib". Now he's concerned about unity.

Sickening.

The husk of American conservatism has no morality. It exists in its own reality and its sole motive is to oppose the democrats and own the Libs. They’ll pick up and drop any position they can to feel superior in the moment. It’s how they can justify stopping Obama’s Supreme Court pick a year from an election while confirming Amy Coney Barret weeks before an election. All that matters is that victory in the moment.

The coup attempt was good until it made the GOP look bad, now it’s Antifa, or it was stoked up by the democrats. If you ever believe violence is necessary to achieve political aims, well you better park your criticism of the coup attempt because you’re no better.

It’s vapid, and unscrupulous and repugnant but it’s also predictable. It didn’t take a genius to predict scumfucks like Tummer would pivot to fascism if Trump didn’t get re-elected because their constructed reality doesn’t give them any mechanism for dealing with loss.

Aye. I said it on another thread, but it's equal parts hilarious and tragic to watch their cognitive dissonance at work. The Republican party manage to hold a position that they feel it's disgusting that Democrats have been trying to 'get' President Trump since he was elected, while also intending to introduce impeachment charges against Biden the day after he is sworn in.
