Beaker is a lovely fella and an absolute legend but he doesn't strike me as the type with, shall we say, the cognitive capacity to lead a Championship football club. Joe Allen comes across as bright enough, but there's no experience and too much connection.

We absolutely need a clean sweep. No links to anything that has gone before and perhaps a long standing player or two out of the door as well.
