Plenty of out of work managers. Perhaps we are a different proposition when the only way is up with some good players.

This joke needs to be gone. No more excuses

Jody Morris would be the favourite according to BetVictor https://bookmakers.co.uk/tips/betting-preview/next-swansea-city-fc-manager-odds
*Odds correct as of July 30, 2021

He was our best player last season too, what on earth has happened to him?

The simple fact that I just witnessed Piroe passing forward to an attacking Joe Allen says all that needs to be said.

Piroe is not an AM, he’s a finisher. The fact that RM tries anything otherwise says to me he’s a fraud.

He is playing on the wing for some reason, why not put Obafemi on the wing and Piroe up front. Baffling and that sub Sorniola for Congreve, WHY????

If it expedites Martins departure, then a walloping today seems a fair price to pay.

True, forget to say that lol, thanks

I feel like I've said this an absurd amount of times since Martin came in, but that has to be one of the worst halves of football I have seen from us.

If PS is anything to go by RM has already lost all of the fans, not even his most ardent supporters are speaking up for him.

Question is who could we afford to bring in on a shoestring budget and likely no new transfers that will WANT to come here and will be able to improve what we have?

Again as I said earlier I feel our squad is a fucking whole lot better than 23rd in the table and RM absolutely has to take a lot of responsibility for that.

Dreadful dreadful first half

It was "The Sideways and Backwards Passing Show" starring Swansea City, as always. There is zero pace or penetration in this team, we spend five minutes fannying around at the back keeping possession, by which time the opposition have got ten men behind the ball, ready to get the ball back and counterattack.

We made it obvious we wanted him gone so he hasn’t bothered trying.

As simple as that.

I think you're right, the problem is, if his lacklustre performances are as a result of us wanting him gone, they have ensured that he will still be our player on Thursday.

Cameron Toshack would get a lot more out of these than Martin that’s for sure
The Swans commentary team btw are symptomatic of the problem drowning the club. All about stats. Not watching what is happening.

They’ve become brainwashed into a cult of ‘Martin’s Swansea Way’.

Hmm, I'm not so sure...they do seem to be showing their frustration, albeit in a 'nice' way as to not pee off the bosses...

When Trundle or Robinson commentate, they do say it how it is. Their discontent is quite clear to hear, IMO.

As simple as that.

Said all summer our public statement of needing to sell Piroe will haunt us

The squad looks totally shot and bereft of any confidence what so ever, Russ should hang his head in shame but no doubt he will throw them under the bus again tonight.
