I would say give Cameron Toshack a chance but if I was him after we stitched him up not once but twice as a potential manager and now having a cushy position as assistant manager at Leeds United I would tell Swansea to do one.

The simple fact that I just witnessed Piroe passing forward to an attacking Joe Allen says all that needs to be said.

Piroe is not an AM, he’s a finisher. The fact that RM tries anything otherwise says to me he’s a fraud.

He is playing on the wing for some reason, why not put Obafemi on the wing and Piroe up front. Baffling and that sub Sorniola for Congreve, WHY????

Yeah, not only that though he’s playing a deep wing. Like a RAM. Certainly not a natural position for him, nor where to get the best from him.

I hate the 4-1-3-2 but itd suit our squad. We need midfield numbers to play this horrific brand of “football” but we also need 2 strikers (or at least Piroe, as Obafemi is fine but definitely not a solo striker in my book).

The squad looks totally shot and bereft of any confidence what so ever, Russ should hang his head in shame but no doubt he will throw them under the bus again tonight.

Regardless of the ownership this mess is largely on him

If PS is anything to go by RM has already lost all of the fans, not even his most ardent supporters are speaking up for him.

Question is who could we afford to bring in on a shoestring budget and likely no new transfers that will WANT to come here and will be able to improve what we have?

Again as I said earlier I feel our squad is a f*****g whole lot better than 23rd in the table and RM absolutely has to take a lot of responsibility for that.

Worth risking Tosh now, nothing to lose as we are going down under this twat anyway

He's got to be up there with one of our worst

As one of Martins biggest fans since day one I think its time for him to go now too

Not because of today, but the conceding of late goals constantly and using players out of position to fit a system thats not working

Cameron Toshack for me next, doing well under Marsch at Leeds and oversaw one of our finest youth teams

I honestly think that any average/competent manager could get more out of this group of players than RM.

Drop this ridiculous style of play, total suicide football and implement a 'normal' style of possession tactics - adapted to the players that we have on the books (this is management 101).

Cameron Toshack would easily do a better job, IMO. Plus he knows how to work with youngsters, RM hooking Congreve after half an hour despite actually trying things on the pitch and his promising performance in the last game.

Get rid. There's nothing more than can make this worse now, we'll be in the relegation spots at Christmas time no doubt if we carry on like this.

Cameron did wonders for the u23s and a huge amount of the big money assets that we sold on were developed by him. Problem is as I said earlier he now has a great job at Leeds and if I was him I would tell the Swans to fuck off after they stitched him up twice for the manager job.

Congrieve is gash mind. I know he is local lad but nowhere near championship standard in any position

He’ll blame the players, then he’ll fuck off on his own mini bus with his coaches so he doesn’t have to face the players on the coach.

Cam Tosh won’t be coming back unless he has lost his mind.

Inclined to disagree, RM's coaching would make Messi look like gash.
When Congreve has had freedom to attack and create he has made things happen (his measured ball over the top for Oba at the end of the Millwall game being a great example).

And this is the problem. As much as people are jumping on RM’s back, he hasn’t got a lot to work with.

I thought we’d struggle this year but reckoned it’d be nearer Christmas before people turned. It’s starting to feel like the end already.

Ideal scenario for me is we get new owners asap, a decent CEO/DOF and then go from there, building for next season. Probably completely unrealistic, but that’s what we need.
