I didn't really expect any difference; it's that there process.
I expected us to execute better. In some ways we did I thought (finding space at least trying to look forward) but in too many ways we didn't. The lack of urgency from about 70 minutes was mystifying. A good team will murder us down the flanks, but I suppose Obafemi may find more joy against a team that pushes up more.
One of the Process things that really grinds my gears is the insistence in letting the opposition reorganise. There was one Rother attack where they steamed 5 or 6 forward against our 3 or 4 back, then their bloke fell over and presented us the ball. What did we do? The tippy tappy shuffle until they had ten back behind the ball and we were still in our own half.
Long way to go, and that was largely OK ish as a first game goes...a point is a point...but I can't see that team, playing like that, being a serious threat to the big hitters.
