Martin holds the exit door open for Obafemi and Paterson

Sorry, was just trying to cut through the inane waffle. So the 4-0 victory had no bearing whatsoever on the chuckle brothers absence then. Thanks for confirming.

To be fair, it made sure neither would get a sniff of a game for some time, and were shown to be surplus to requirements

They must have been delighted.

We need to let conspiracy theorists the world over know about this. Forget Covid vaccines, the US election being stolen, 9/11, Elvis is alive and all that, the real action is in the Swansea City dressing room...

Nobody knows what goes on behind the scenes but it’s fairly obvious Obafemi on the evidence we do have is difficult to manage and probably lacks professionalism.

As with Paterson whatever went on last January should have been the end of his Swansea career but he was brought back with a new contract and hasn’t delivered on the pitch this season.

The last two games Martin has put two committed teams on to the pitch with a licence to be more aggressive and it’s worked. We now need to supplement this two or three signings.

The team I expected to come in for Paterson, please make it happen.

Coventry supporter so would make sense for both parties, he goes back home and we lose him from the wage bill.

He posts a lot of stuff with his family on social media so let's hope they all live in that area.

Permanent deal though, please!

Sources can confirm that Jamie's home is in Bristol (along with his parents).

Our sources can also confirm that there was no training for the 1st team today (nor yesterday, but we are awaiting confirmation on that).

I am certain our sources will update us if/when Pato is back in the fold stay tuned.

Proper top sourcing there, D.

Sources close to Pato can also confirm that he is back in the building, currently 'back in the fold'. For now....

You hearing the same ?

Would anyone take Scott Twine for Obafemi in a swap deal with Burnley?
