Smurph mate, I usually see eye to eye with you on everything but that second half was atrocious and self inflicted. These owners are not here for mid table
Totally agree that we should be better than we were today. There's a long way to go.

We're probably still suffering a hangover from the Martin/Williams days.

The result on Wednesday makes me believe there is a lot more to come from this team and manager.

Back onto the game, I want to finish on the game.

I thought we were unlucky to lose it at the death but was clear that we were going to be sucker punched today although I thought it was going to come down to an officials call.

Thought we were much better with Stamenic in the team. We got done by the officials for our offside goal and Cabango fell asleep for their goal.

Boys worked hard, got the subs and the timing wrong. We need to sort these late goals conceded out.

I seen positives but still work to be done.
As one poster said, I see us as a mid table team but the margins are fine and we need to get these little things right if we want to push on further.

Wednesday night euphoria has certainly now gone.

Benson should have come on.

And perhaps night like weds is the frustrating thing. We are very good for this level when we play to attack. I thought we looked a strong champ team in first half but he defended only in the second

Wonder how much Wednesday took out of the players legs, even this early in the season.

The warnings were there earlier.. Stansfield had a completely free header and Dikes gets a free header.. Boro got a free headed goal.

File under analysis.
