That's a bummer, not sure if there is an ombudsman for this type of thing.Thanks for the advice. I spoke Ofcom they told me they don't deal with online streaming services other than BBC. I have never gone down that approach with deadlock. Thanks for that. I do imagine it lot of people are complaining, I cannot be the only one doing this. But this battle feels like I am the only one. So the more of us complaining the better.

Sometimes the threat of taking them to deadlock spurs them in to action due to a cost involved with them being reported.
