Thanks for the advice. I spoke Ofcom they told me they don't deal with online streaming services other than BBC. I have never gone down that approach with deadlock. Thanks for that. I do imagine it lot of people are complaining, I cannot be the only one doing this. But this battle feels like I am the only one. So the more of us complaining the better.
That's a bummer, not sure if there is an ombudsman for this type of thing.

Sometimes the threat of taking them to deadlock spurs them in to action due to a cost involved with them being reported.
 
I’d imagine the commentary is behind because AOC is commentating watching a feed on TV… so he’s got to wait for the feed to travel from Swansea - London and back so probably a couple of secs behind… there must be way of resolving this tho.
 
Just had an update. This is crazy. See snippet below:

We are aware of this issue – and we’re still working hard to get the audio aligned with the image.

We have had reports to say this issue has been rectified, but unfortunately, the only time we are able to work on and check the progress is during live games.

I thought this but it's all of the sound. If you go watch the replay on YouTube you will see that the ref whistle blows before we see it.

The issue I have is they are playing a game with me. They keep asking for my account details associated with Swans TV. I have nothing to hide but I have a feeling they will remove me from the system all together. I am being nice at the moment but seems like they are bit clueless

Just asking a serious question here, because i wouldn't know myself having never watched Swans TV, has it ever been any good? ,because the amount of people complaining about it over the years on here is mind boggling.
It's been shocking for years. Since day 1 of being back in championship. At one point the stream used to pause or never work and miss nearly all of the match. Though this has improved the problem now is audio wjch has been going on for a while. Plus they have stripped it all back. Comes on 4 minutes before it starts. They have no audio half time, Jack's at home at half time has gone, only 1 commentator now and much more.

The commentary isn't behind - it's AHEAD! Which is why it seems like AOC is watching and commenting on what's going on on the field, rather than "off-tube". If the video has to go by some circuitous route before it's displayed on his monitor then clearly if he's watching the pitch, his commentary will be ahead.

I wouldn't worry about them removing you from the system, they have already admitted there is a fault.

Send them your details and highlight this has already been done if that is the case. I'd even offer the use of the account for testing purposes. Ask them for a contact who you can directly link in with during a match to report on quality etc.....

Seems like they're just following a generic path, we know it's shit and we are trying to fix it without actually trying that hard because they know people will purchase the product no matter the quality of it.

I would suggesting to include the trust with future correspondence. We all know they're as useful as a chocolate tea pot.

Great ideas here. Will give it a shot. Trust might be worth gamble. Even if it's a long one. Not asked for discount. At this stage other than emailing them it seems a fight I'm losing but will keep trying.

If they did remove your account you can easily get another email address to use and reregister.
 
They know full well most of thier subscribers do so via a vpn, if they want to turn down a subscription then more fool them...
Yeah totally. They know people do it. From the sound of it they do have alot of complaints on the subject. I have 0 idea why they thought it was fixed. They have gone cold on me now. But will see at end of month with Leeds game if it happens again.

Very True. It's an easy option, I just want them to stop playing games and sort it. Then having my details mean jack, when they know it's an issue on there end. At this rate I'll be flying a drone over the stadium and setting up my own streaming service 🤣🤣
