I know. Those Maltese fckrs need to banned by the EU, but of course they'll bang on that blatting teeny little birds into oblivion is an ancient tradition that goes back at least, what, a hundred years or so. There is literally no defence to what they do without any compunction.karnataka said:BrynCartwright said:I've been worried about the low number of swallows and martins I've seen now for a few years, but on Thursday I took a walk up Graig Fawr between the Bont and Ammanford. On Wednesday morning I left at 6.30 and drove the 330 miles to see my 97 year old mum and my 2 sisters for the first time since March and drove back on Friday evening and when I went out early Saturday morning, one of the first things I noticed was that all of our Swallows, Martins & Swifts had gone! Hope they survive the Malta ordeal.

That's a beautiful picture Dar.
I have a friend in work whose husband is a falconer and owns his own business.

He has an online shop which is in its infancy. He sells face masks with one of his falcons as the design.
I really hope it takes off .....if you pardon the pun.
