Cinema & Co reject Covid passports

She'll have created a following and a core of supporters unfortunately.
I was gobsmacked when I heard she wasn't willing to pay the 5k court fees.....that's bugger all to her after those sheep donated to her on line begging

It's possible, but this attention seeker /victim will want that no doubt!

All she needed to do was comply and she would have been open as usual this Christmas with the same amount of punters. If anything this stunt has backfired on her.

Sounds like she's opened up again today after being closed down yesterday. Next step?

Contempt of court, custodial sentence and martyrdom!

"Burn, Redfern burn, cinema inferno"

With apologies to The Trammps

Porridge for her

Realistically, and putting aside one's own thoughts on her actions, how likely is a custodial sentence? Ultimately she's a single mum trying to earn a crust while supporting a dying parent. It's a Christmas story to weaken the resolve of most judges.

I agree a custodial sentence seems unlikely while also admitting my legal knowledge is lacking to say the least.

Hopefully any judge would ignore the single mum sob story she's concocted and issue a far more significant financial penalty on the business. £60k sounds like an appropriate figure for some reason...
