I resent that! FFS we were playing football ten times better than the shit they just served up in 1980. Oh yeah, they were still playing the same way then and all the time in between, fair point.

Cooper's bumper pay rise needs to be doubled. And his xmas bonus.

Has achieved so much in so little time and against all odds.

Karma to see his biggest and dumbest critics now lauding his performances. Be interesting to see whether those who've continually slagged him off are in the stadium to witness the double, despite pledging to never return. Fickle fackers.

"Cooper Out" tvvats, fack off. You know who you are.

I'd like to think I've been one of his louder supporters over the last 18 months or so, but coming on the forum to point score after we've just battered our rivals for 90 minutes?... Bizarre.

Some of the comments about him have been disgusting.

I'm obviously happy with the result but as you say we should have pummeled them into the ground especially after the second goal.

It's all going great for cooper atm but after the second goal he should have put dhanda on then given it 5/10 mins then put palmer on, those two would have given us an attacking edge and put them on the back foot, we would have created more chances.

Sorry for being a tad negative fellas.
I know what you are saying FB, but we are becoming a consistent team, secure at the back and scoring probably 1 in 5 chances. To score more, you pay more which isn't us yet. My late dad always used to say the best sides are built from the back, and this set up has all the hallmarks of consistency and progress. Stability is what we need, and for me, we HAVE to keep Cooper. I didn't imagine myself saying that 6 months ago mind, albeit I saw green shoots.

I was driving back home from watching the game at my father in laws and I told him our most important player is bennettπŸ˜‰

I'm glad he is learning and improving as I hoped, I'm sorry that you are unable to.

A Swans fan and Cardiff fan were discussing past local derbies. The Swans fan said ... "Everytime Swansea beat Cardiff, my dog barks out the score"...

The Cardiff fan asked ... "What does he do when Cardiff win?"

The Swans fan replied ... "I don't know, we've only had him 7 years!" πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I still wonder how good we would be with a decent manager.

My IPTV provider and about 95% of his userbase are scum fans... I just thanked him on the group chat for the service he provides and for allowing me to witness a battering in glorious high definition πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ¦’

Cardiff along with Stoke are two of the worst teams we've played this season. How have these teams got so many points? sheffield wednesday who are bottom were far better than these.

The record is wearing a bit thin Badlands.

It's lucky for Karl that he wasn't around when we were top of League 1 playing fantastic football, yet Perch spent all his time on Planetswans complaining about Gower and De Vries. If he's wound up by the relatively mild criticism that Cooper has had for some extremely dour performances, he would have imploded back then.

If Cooper can get that tune out of the team for the majority of the time, then I'll be happy to admit that he's improved massively and proven himself as a fine manager. People's opinions change when performances change Karl. I imagine Man United fans back in 1989 were slagging Alex Feguson off way more than anyone has insulted Cooper. Does the fact he made them into the best team in the country change the fact that he was doing a pretty crap job back then? No it doesn't.

It works both ways. I remember plenty of fans wanted to keep Sousa in charge seeing as we only missed out on the playoffs on the final day of the season. Thankfully the owners at the time made the right choice eh?

It's been a great day if you're a Swans fan, maybe give the twat act a rest and enjoy it.

What a stupid comment. I don't think many of those players can play much better than that tbh, at least not together, some may play better with significantly better players around them. For most, that was probably at least 95% of their capabilities on show today and the only ones who didn't rise to that level were the ones who didn't need to.

To think we have MGW to return yet !

This is a good point he really could cause some serious mayhem in opposition defences

Some good results now this afternoon and a win at Derby midweek and this is looking really good for us

Everyone [who matters] won today. Shucks.
