• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

That’s the playoffs pretty much done I reckon. Reading can only afford one defeat even if we lose all our games. A shame we had the wobble before these two games because we could have put some serious pressure on Watford given the fixtures they’ve still got to play.

The way we are playing now anything is possible

Yeah, the wobble went on too long unfortunately. You never know, Watford could throw it away and go on a bad run again, but looks unlikely given how they've been playing lately.

Sod's law we'll lose out to Brentford again in the POs, but the final this time. Doesn't matter whether we end up 3rd or 4th, we'll both be favourites to reach the final.

Conor should play further forward more often.

Like someone said on Twitter, time we stopped pretending that he's a fullback. Play him wide right. Tuck Naughton in behind. That's the right hand side sorted.

he's got the engine to do a Bale.

Our problem was that our 'wobble' wasn't even a wobble...it was a total capitulation. Losing 4 games in a row is just something you can't do wherever you are in this league, let alone near the top. Even if we had 2 draws in there it would have been something.

Obviously anything can still happen but I think we have to aim to be 2 points behind Watford before the final shootout on the last day. Would be nice if Watford had a big wobble during the run-in.

Was it Donald Trump who said that?

Connor R > Conor H.

Stick the lad in at ACM and give him the freedom to roam all across the pitch and run at back lines. It could be the best conversion since Gower moved from winger to CDM.

I agree but a certain Wirral based fan will spit out his Badoit when he reads that comparison...

You’re right. I did say that a point at Birmingham wouldn’t have done us much good, but actually if we hadn’t conceded those two late goals, five points behind seems a lot more doable than seven.

I am behind so the impact of this may not be the same but Fulton has been everywhere today. Great performance.

What’s an oit Jack?

Thoroughly enjoyed this, no complaints at all. Amazing what we can do when we actually play, so kudos to Cooper/whoever made the change

Darren Moore looks a bit lost on the touchline whenever the camera pans over to him.
