This appears to be encouraging.

Approach is promising but very weak Reading side.
Almost another pre-season game.
No complaints though.

20 shots at goal, seven on target. Coops would have had them in for extra training tomorrow to drill that nonsense straight out of them.

Apart from those first two obviously.

This is very exciting with Piroe, Whittaker and Joseph, all fearless with lots of pace and very direct

The better teams I've seen down here since we got relegated all had mobile forwards cutting through our back line. If we can get the balance right this season could be fun.

I wish I could have watched this game but the stats are hugely encouraging

Sooner or later you'll realise Cooper is gone and this is the new, hopefully, successful era after the turgid crap that people like yourself have - inexplicably - enjoyed over the last two years.

Funny Cooper is unemployed and nobody wants him eh... Not even MK Dons are interested, probably because they don't want to go backwards...

High praise for Brandon Cooper from Reading commentators.

Good confidence booster for him this game. Modern day centre half.

I'm just trying to put in some perspective....take a look at tonight's opposition....let's see how we fare Saturday....its not about Cooper....but be fair it is men against boys tonight...so let's not run away with ourselves but onward and upward
