• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Yates needs to get involved more. The game is passing him by

I’ve seen better. Looking forward to the fireworks extravaganza, unless the 2 rockets at the start were it

We should be going in one down, Watford missed two sitters in quick succession in the 44th minute. Our front men aren't really jellying and creating anything, we need to up our performance in the second half or I can see Watford nicking this. Come on, Mr Duff, get your thinking cap on.

None of our centre backs can pass the ball. Humphrys not got a clue. Him or Darling going to cost us a goal. Darling also missed 2nd good chance in
2 games . Watford are awful but if things continue they will nick it.

I’m not really seeing the light that others seem to be. We are carrying zero threat playing like this. All very neat and tidy but no cutting edge at all, Rushworth’s long kicking is atrocious, but his goalkeeping is good. Our only real chances came from a dead ball (how did he miss?) and Grimess speculative shot. They’ve looked far more dangerous when they come forward and should also have scored their sitter.

Our pressing of them might yield a mistake, like with the Grimes chance, but we’re not creating anything.

Watford are making it difficult, but I’d hoped for better to be honest.

Lowe, Yates and Cullen is at least one ‘do something inventive in a blue moon’ forward. May as well beef up the midfield instead. Watford much more likely just now.
