Season 24/25 | The Official Match Thread | Swansea City v Burnley FC | The EFL Championship

Darling out confirmed.
Still happy to see Naughton playing rather than Christie

Also congratulations and a big day for Arthur Parker who makes the bench for the first time

At least Naughton knows how to play CB.. bit concerning on his aerial ability and pace which could be exposed.

Hopefully everybody in from of our CB's do their jobs today

I don't expect anything from this or Elland. I hope we just keep our dignity.
It's not really a fear of what Burnley bring, I just get a feeling we'll be knackered (mentally and physically) after putting in a succession of high energy performances recently. Not sure if we can put another 90 in like that again today given we don't have a lot of squad depth to rotate the starters much.

We'll see, I could be completely mistaken and we've got enough in us for another big effort before the international break.

Any relation to Sam, do you know?

Edit: Looked it up and almost certainly no, as he came to us after spending 9 years at Fulham

Naughten can be better for us than Datling who can be liability against better teams and we play more football with Kyle

On paper only 1 winner, but its the heart of the guys pulling on the shirt today that will count,we were harshly dealt with a last min goalm, against us up there O for some luck and a great performance would tak a point now
Come on lads

In terms of starting 11, they're edging us 3-2 on the Josh count, but we've got Ginnelly to bring on to level it up if we need to.

all square on Cullens.
