• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Think we may need to bat for 2 days to save the game or hope & pray for rain 😂

Flogging Hogan like a dead horse here, not replacing Neser with a quality likewise opening bowler for this last month (they are about, Pakistan, India) for a price admittedly is going to cost us...

Stoneman proving stubborn😬 didn't work out for him at Test level but a decent county cricketer.
We've a dreadful record against Middlesex and a victory against them is very sweet especially when they used to reject our applications to become a county side for years until 1921

Middx 390/10. Lead by 176.

It's a shame that Glamorgan's bowling attack has come up short, Middlesex, on that wicket, should have been restricted to around 250, but with Neser gone and Hogan having a poor match so far, by his standards, our attack is toothless, Lloyd and Carlson should be nowhere near a minor counties bowling attack never mind a County Championship game at Lord’s...

It's unbelievable that they replaced a Test fast bowler with a Test left arm spinner - especially the wickets in September.

Typical Glamorgan ...

123/0 to 128/3 in 2.3 overs!!

To 191/8.
Still, we’ve got a lead of 15 and two wickets to go. It might rain.🤞
