• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Aye there’s no way they’ll all be determined to look for Fulton with every pass, mainly because f**k knows where on the pitch he’ll actually be.
There is a slim chance (possibly I'm totally barking!) that without Grimes on the pitch, we may see a very improved Jay.
We know they can't play alongside each other.
Definitely can't play Grimes Saturday no matter what happens.
Get him training with the U16s or on his own for a couple of weeks, to send a message to those who f**k us about in the last throes of a transfer window
Got to pay him anyway. Unless he fails to follow what the club states.
If we can get him to strike he gets no wages and possibly a "fine" of a weeks/ 2 weeks wages on top.
One way of getting money into the club :ROFLMAO:

Your first paragraph I think 100% yes.

And also it's true to say that Fulton won't have the weird, mystical demi-god hold over everyone that Grimes had. If something isn't working, the manager might actually feel liberated to try something else rather than just having to play Grimes every minute of every game regardless as if there's just no possibility of doing anything differently.
Fulton has a hold over someone, otherwise he definitely wouldn't be here now.

Omg , your first paragraph has me in stitches laughing. An improved Jay? The only way Fulton would improve us is if he went somewhere else , like his tippy tappy buddy Grimes. He's a carthorse that shouldn't be anywhere near our first team squad.

Strange announcement. Never seen us announcing that the club has merely accepted offers before.

Surely to try and throw shade on Grimes.

Which I'm fine with.
Defo looks that way. It's a very much a throw shades statement. Short and sweet.

Well that's that 3.5-4m isn't bad.

The connection to Coventry would have been a massive pull plus of course the wages increase.

Williams already stating a change in style likely.

Could be a blessing or maybe not.
