Remember one year Charlton had finished near bottom of old 1st Division and Leeds had finished in one of the play off places in the old 2nd Division, along with Ipswich and Oldham. Charlton beat Ipswich and Leeds beat Oldham with Charlton beating Leeds to retain their place in the old 1st Division.
