• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Looks very much a Leroy Fer type of player rather than an attack minder midfielder... can Walsh / Downes or even Grimes adapt to be a no.10?

Signed sealed delivered he’s ours

Walesonline (I know, I know) reporting he can play in midfield or as a 10. Not sure if the club is giving them that info, but perhaps they're hoping he'll provide some creativity?

Looks more a Fer/Pratley type to me looks quite stocky, I think Walsh could potentially develop into the creative midfielder what I’ve seen of him his passing is outstanding, and that goal he scored for Coventry where he took on everyone on the pitch shows he has some creativity in there, all depends if he can stay fit.

A midfielder that actually takes a shot on goal! That’ll be different. (For us). 🤔

Proper maverick type by the looks. Big test of Martin's man management, could be a pearler.

Let's just hope nobody upsets him, clearly a talent but temperament suspect.

Who have we got in the squad/club who can communicate in French with him? I know he's been playing out of France so can presumably get by, but it could help enormously.

He's been in England and Scotland for nearly 10 years im sure he can speak English well enough, would have to to understand some of the scottish accents

Yeah, he prob thought everyone In Glasgow was from Brittany.
