The summer window is now done and dusted.

I think we can all agree it's been the best one in several years. Maybe even a decade.

So, neck on the block time: where are we finishing?

I've gone top half, outside of play offs.

I think our squad is comfortably good enough for play offs, but Sheehan has to be classed as a a bit of an unknown still. If he's the real deal, top six.

Things click sooner and we could be a serious play off contender.

Think I want to see some of these signings play some games for us before I come to any solid opinions on how good I think we'll be. I like the ambition, but let's see how it all fits together on the pitch.

I've gone top half but not quite playoffs. But I hope to be spectacularly wrong in May, when we're back in the top flight.

We’ve bought really well… but notably lots of teams have spent big too.

I think it’ll be a highly competitive league.

All depends if VP keeps continues his form and how well Idah does.

The relegated teams aren’t all that this year. But the Wrexham & Birmingham will compete.

Lots of teams will fancy Top 6.

It could be us… but think it’s still a season too soon.

I'm going maybe 7th or 8th with the hope we can finish 6th. Yes there is big clubs, but we was close last year and we had a bad squad, Grimes drama, Williams Drama, evey drama ever .

I don’t really know a lot about most of these incoming players. If I allow myself to get carried away by reading the comments of others then I could easily vote for top six. On spending power alone I don’t think we can match anywhere the top two. However this lot might need some bedding in, so time for a reality check… therefore I’m going for an agonising 7th.

Yep I believe we will finish higher than last season I too am going a healthy 7th place, we just wont have quite enough to challenge for promotion, and that's no disrespect to AS, he's doing a great job, and long may it continue.

Playoffs the target, but like a few on here think we’ll fall a bit short. Looking at the table there’s probably 16/17 clubs that think the same as it stands.

Top 10 and being in the mix until Easter would still be a successful season for me - anything better than that is a bonus.

I don't think we'll take off immediately, but I have a bit of a premonition that we'll get to 2nd place by the end. Oooh errr mrs's!

Gone for top half but outside play offs - we seem to have bought well but you can't buy players knowing eachother and jelly-ing so we might have to write off 4-6 weeks to some hot and cold performances until it clicks. I think those 4-6 weeks will amount the points difference between where we end up and play offs. If we click quicker than that then I do fancy play offs.
