Well that was absolutely fantastic.

Made even better by watching the game with the Cardiff commentary team.

First time apart from the odd few minutes here and there we’ve shown the pace, energy, desire, quick feet, quick thinking. The triangles were back! We created space on the flanks with Downes giving a Leonesque performance giving the triangle out ball for Christie and a quite majestic Wolf.

Stick with this. Please. Don’t go back to the pitter patter. Stay with this, looking forward for the out ball rather than back. It was literally chalk and cheese. And today has shown we have the players to do it as long as the mindset is there. Obafemi btw - great centre forward performance. Memories of Jason Scotland in his play today.
