• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

The general consensus across the vast majority of Swans media outlets is another gutless performance of dour, dull walking football. Culminating in the usual, predictably resounding loss.

The odd Martin propagandist hacks still believe in Martinball - the same ones who always get it wrong, week in, week-out. They mainly get it wrong for all the wrong PR reputational reasons.

Time for the senior players to wrest back control from our bonkers, hapless, self-centred manager's bonkersness:

2-1 to the mighty Swans, despite not because of Martinball ;-)

Will be really interesting to see how we start, bearing in mind the grief Russ dished out post match along with the fact we are starting games like drains. Another passive opening will shirley see us concede first.....for a change.
But why have I got the feeling Russ always digs himself out of a hole when needed with a win ?

I never thought I’d say this, but if we were to loose to Watford and Burnley I wouldn’t be too heartbroken.
If it meant we saw the back of the most deluded manager since Cullis.

So you wouldn’t mind us losing 2 games in the hope (and that’s all it is, is hope) that we sack our manager? I’m not a fan of him either but I would never wish for us to lose a game to spite someone.

Anybody want to stab a guess at how that lines up?

Has to be a back 4 right?

I struggle to see how it could be anything else so yes I think it has to be

PS welcome to the forum

Martin is a gimp. It's like he is still in primary school playing his favourites.

Is Okoflex injured?

I’m still 100% behind Russ, but there is no excuses tonight, win minimum.

I just cant see us taking anything from the next two games. Burnley are the class act in this division and tonight's selection looks...strange at best

Wouldlove to be wrong though
