• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

The referees a wànker...

He's the w@nker who was ref when Sunderland’s won 4-2 win at the Liberty in January 2016, when he managed to miss two Defoe offside goals, award a dubious penalty and send off Kyle Naughton.

That was one of the most bizarre games I've been to.

I never say 'the referee's bent' etc...but that game really did make me think.

How on earth Christie had a yellow, I don't know. If the goal is given then effectively, he's handling a dead ball. Add to that the shocking foul on Wolfie, and I have to say that this bluddy ref is making a right old dog's breakfast of the game. If there's 11 v 11 left on the pitch at thend I'll be amazed. Entertaining as feck, though. 😂😂

If we can keep it all square with 20 to go the Scabs will have to throw the kitchen sink, chance for us to pick them off? 1-2 Jacks 😎

Hell of a first half that, beautiful goal from us, fishy with some great saves. Ref is dreadful again, he definitely wants forest to win and they are bulling us again.

Such comedy defending. If that’s our back 3 next season, we’re done before we start. Could be 5-1. I’m enjoying it is a weird way though. Every one they miss makes me burst out laughing. And how amazing it would be to go on and shithouse the win. Cooper, Coopered. Sweet.

Cant see it mind, nor us keeping 11 on the pitch. They are snide shitheads too, leaving their foot on, and the referee is too crap to see it.

The refs are as bent as a 9 Bob note

Laughable decisions all of them. 🙄

Replying to Leon. 🙄

Yep. 2 big decisions to make and he got them both wrong (goal line tech saved us for the first, not him). And a load of being kicked up in the air that he ignored too. I'm getting bored of saying it, but we don't seem to get much luck from officials.

Intent, apparently.

Bobby Madley was the worst I've been too, but I certainly remember Defoe's offsides in that game. The other one was the Man City semi final defeat where they were gifted 2 goals by the officials.

Some atrocious decision making that day from the ref and linos

That game forever tainted my opinion of Man City

"Graham Scott's come out for the second half at the same time as Nottingham Forest. I'm sure that's just a coincidence and they're not sharing a dressing room".
