I gave Russell the benefit of the doubt but this just isn’t working is it, and he’s extremely stubborn to change anything up, very frustrating as we all want it to work, but as others have said it’s the same f*****g script week after week.

Doesn’t seem to be working. He’s been played a crap hand though, which is exactly why Cooper wanted to go. He’ll have known there l’d be little financial backing. But still, it’s depressing watching and a bit of organisation and energy costs nothing.

I’m starting to think we can’t keep this bloke. He makes no attempt to actually manage the resources he has. Just repeats the same shit with no improvement week after week after week. I know 3-0 down before half time is not leading to calm thinking, but it is just so obvious that this does not work.

Even if we were to do a Luton (we won’t) it would just paper the cracks. Do we really want him spending money pursuing players to do this? Because this is his absolute way of playing. Not because of the players he has. He wants this approach.
