• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

We look like the sort of side that’s got 11 out injured, or suspended, or covid, or a Steve Cooper side.

At least Darling owes us a goal, which he often gets when he screws up big time.

TBH I've only just got in so only seen the comments since they scored

A pretty poor first half but half of my enjoyment of any game is sucked out of it when watching anything by Swans TV, surely by now we could at least send commentators to the actual game

BBC say we’ve had 5 shots. Can anyone remember more than 1?

Can't find a positive from that half to be honest.
Needs wholesale changes.

We've been gash and even Andy Robinson saying some of our players haven't been in the game

Did you have the stream before kick off?

When we score you'll all be singing their praises, fuk me fickle lot all of a sudden were shite and sack the manager you lot need to get a grip

Yeah we've played blinding Paul, manager of the month and nailed on promotion. Fuck my eyes

We'll probably win this 3-2 right at the death, it's what usually happens with this team

Half time thoughts:

A howler from Darling results in their goal but the worst defender by far has been Ben - gave the ball away about half a dozen times in that half alone under zero pressure and consistently passing to the wrong side of players killing momentum and leaving players who are already defensively minded with only a backwards pass as an option.

Piroe looks like a striker who is struggling for confidence, not as involved in buildup as he usually is and not helped by zero energy in the press or movement from the supporting players behind him.

I had hoped that we would see a statement performance from Ntcham that he can start well in games but his movement and energy in the press is a far cry from what Cooper offers. Cundle is so anonymous I had to check the lineup to remember he is on the pitch.

The lack of pace and attack minded players is glaringly obvious, if we don't see Oko-Flex at half time or at worst at 60 minutes then I honestly don't know what to say.
